Dr. Steve Phillips
Pastor
Dr. Steve is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University, and completed his PhD at Southern Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky. His pastoral ministry has spanned 22 plus years with three churches. He is a gifted writer, preacher, and teacher. He has a love for God's Word; a pastor's heart; a commitment to missions, both far away and hands-on; a love for God's people with a special interest in youth and young adults, the future of the church.

Dr. Richard Bell
Minister of Music
Dr. Bell brings a wealth of experience to his position at Winstanley. Currently, he is director of choral activities for Ritenour High School in Overland, MO, and has been on the faculties of Missouri State College and Southern Arkansas University. Concurrent with those experiences, he has served local congregations in Missouri, Michigan, and Arkansas as director of musical ministries. He has been actively involved in church music since his first year in college.

Logan Dunn
Minister of Students and Education
Logan was born and raised in Louisville, Ky, went to college at the Univeristy of Richmond, Va, and received both an MDiv and ThM from Duke Divinity School. He has served at several churches while a student and also spent two years as the associate pastor at The American Church in London, UK. In his ministry Logan emphasizes several themes of Scripture, particularly church as the Body of Christ, the Kingdom of God, and Christ making all things new. For fun Logan enjoys most every sport - especially basketball - as well playing the guitar and singing.

Carol Thorn
Ministry Assistant
Carol and her husband David have been members of Winstanley since 1974. Carol has worked at Winstanley since 1983. She and David have two children, Amy and Matt, and four grandchildren, Terra, Ryan, Kenedi and Jackson. Her interests include movies, baking and scrapbooking.
