It has almost been 30 years since Winstanley had its last installation service.

In addition to special music from the Chancel Chior and others, three youth from Dr. Steve's prior church shared in the worship and praise.

Dr. Steve Phillips was installed as Winstanley's fourteenth pastor. The chairman of the Pastorial Search Committee led the congregation and Dr. Steve in a promise of dedication to serve God in our church, community and world.
